All products on BlackWestchesterMerch.shop are custom-made and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Teespring (Spring). Because each order is produced and shipped directly through Teespring, all returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under Teespring’s official Return Policy.
How Returns & Refunds Work
- Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, Teespring will provide a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item Received: If Teespring sends the incorrect product, size, or design, they will correct the order at no cost.
- Lost Orders: If your package is lost during shipping, Teespring will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made-to-order, Teespring does not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect size ordered (please review sizing charts before purchase).
- Normal wear and tear after delivery.

All requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
Teespring does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to change a size, color, or style, you must place a new order.
